Thaima Samman
Thaima Samman is a member of the Paris and Brussels Bars and the founder of SAMMAN, a law firm specialising in public affairs with offices in Paris and Brussels. She spent more than ten years in Microsoft’s Public and Legal Affairs department, where she was in charge of strategy and French affairs, before being promoted to Associate General Counsel in charge of developing and managing institutional relations, public affairs and social responsibility for the Europe-Middle East-Africa zone.
A founding member of the SOS Racisme association, Thaima worked in the parliamentary team of Claude Bartolone, former Minister for Urban Affairs and President of the National Assembly, before passing the bar and joining the law firm August & Debouzy, where she developed the Corporate Affairs practice for several years.
Thaima is a member of the Advisory Board of the international FIPRA Network. She co-founded and chairs the European Network for Women in Leadership (WIL), a network of women leaders from European business, academia and government. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC) and President of the Association des Avocats Conseil en Affaires Publiques A-CAP.
