Justine Atlan
Justine Atlan is the Executive Director of e-Enfance, an association recognized as being of public utility for the protection of children on the Internet since 2005, and of the national short code 3018 for victims of digital violence and support for digital parenting. She has nearly 20 years of experience in child protection in the digital world and is a Knight of the National Order of Merit.
A lawyer in public law, Justine is trained in family mediation and was a journalist for ten years.
She is a member of the INSAFE/Safer Internet program of the European Commission, and also sits on the advisory boards on the safety of minors of the main digital platforms. As an expert, she is also a founding member of the Collectif EducNum initiated by the CNIL, of the cybermalveillance.gouv.fr network, of the Committee of experts against harassment (Ministry of Education), of the Monitoring Committee of the Charter against the exposure of minors to pornography (Arcom-ARCEP), of the jeprotegemonenfant.gouv.fr initiative, and of the Observatoire de la Haine en Ligne (Arcom)
