“OFF-The-Record Meeting” with Shelley McKinley

The Renaissance Numérique “OFF-The-Record Meetings” give members of the think tank the opportunity to engage in a privileged dialogue with those involved in public digital policy. Since its launch, this series has welcomed nearly 50 key figures involved in French and European digital policy.

On Thursday October 24, 2024, we were delighted to welcome Shelley McKinley, Chief Legal Officer, GitHub.

This was an opportunity for our members to discuss a wide range of topics, such as the current issues surrounding open source and artificial intelligence (AI), the impact of legislation governing AI on the activities of platforms like GitHub, and the challenges facing the developer community in this emerging context.
